I build MVPs and SaaS products for founders and small teams: a working first version in weeks, built on a stack that can carry the product afterwards. I have launched three of my own, so I know which corners can be cut and which cannot.

How I think

An MVP is not a demo. It is the smallest product that a real customer will pay for, and it has to survive contact with those customers: sign-up, billing, the first support email. Signello started as exactly that, a way to send a proposal and get it signed with BankID, and grew from what the first users asked for.

So I build the first version on the same foundation the real product will use: TypeScript end to end, a proper database, authentication and payments done once and done right. What gets left out is everything else. You get something to sell in weeks, not a prototype to throw away.

Scoping the first version

We cut the idea down to what the first paying customer needs, and write down what version two is for.

The product itself

Front end, back end, database and hosting, in React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node. One codebase, one person, no hand-offs.

Sign-up, billing and accounts

Authentication, Stripe subscriptions, workspaces and roles. The boring parts that every SaaS needs and that are easy to get wrong.

Integrations

BankID, Apple and Google Wallet, email and SMS, webhooks and APIs to the systems your customers already use.

AI features

Assistants and agents where they earn their place, like Signello AI, which writes proposals for the user.

Launch and what comes after

Domain, analytics, SEO basics and monitoring, then the next features, priced as we go.

FAQ

How long does an MVP take?

Usually four to ten weeks for a first version real users can pay for, depending on integrations. You get a timeline with the quote.

What does it cost?

It depends on what the first version must do. A scoped MVP gets a fixed quote; after launch, new features are quoted one by one or billed by time.

Which stack do you use?

React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node, with Postgres and hosting on Vercel or similar. The same stack my own products run on.

Will I own the code?

Yes. The repository is yours from day one, and nothing depends on me to keep running.

Can you take over an existing MVP?

Yes, if it is built on web technology. I will review it first and tell you honestly whether to build on it or start over.
