How I think

AI is most useful where the work already happens: in the quoting tool, the inbox, the order system. A chat window off to the side rarely gets used. In Signello the assistant writes the draft right in the editor and prices it with the same rules as the rest of the product.

So I start with a flow that already costs time today, build the smallest version that removes it, and measure. Model choice, cost and where data goes are decided by your case, not the other way round. What works gets extended. What does not gets switched off, without leaving you locked into anything.
