Is a BankID signature legally binding?
Yes. An advanced electronic signature with BankID is valid under eIDAS and Swedish contract law, and is accepted by courts and authorities.
Can a client sign without BankID?
Yes. You choose per recipient, and with an e-signature the client draws or types their name. Every signature is timestamped.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the proposal from a link, read it on their phone or computer and sign it there and then.
Do ROT and RUT deductions work?
Yes. Mark the labour lines in the price table and the deduction is worked out on the labour cost and shown clearly to the client.
Can I send a PDF I already have?
Yes. Upload the PDF, add the parties and send it for signing.
What does it cost?
There is a free plan with no card and no lock-in. If you send more there are Pro and Max, and current prices are on signello.se.
